Hi, I’m Julia, a 21-year-old illustrator originally from Poland, now based in the West Country, UK. I specialise in fantasy-inspired illustration, with a particular fascination for entomology and traditional folklore
Much of my work is shaped by my rural upbringing, which continues to massively influence both the themes and details found in my art. I’m drawn to the quiet beauty of everyday surroundings and enjoy incorporating small, overlooked elements from nature into my pieces.
I primarily work with fineliners, as I like how they allow me to create intricate linework and detail, but I’m actively developing my digital practice at the moment by exploring new ways to expand my creative process. My style is constantly evolving over time as I experiment more with different techniques, textures, and ideas and I’m always looking for new ways to push my work further and develop my skills.
